What Nora Is

Nora is an AI-powered intake assistant that helps people determine whether their personal injury situation may be worth discussing with a licensed attorney. Nora is not a lawyer, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice. Using Nora does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Nora, White Pine Labs LLC, or any attorney we may connect you with.

How Nora Works

Nora uses artificial intelligence to ask questions about your situation and provide general educational information about personal injury claims, including general settlement ranges based on historical data. These ranges are estimates and are not a prediction or guarantee of any outcome in your specific case.

AI Limitations

Nora is an AI system and may make mistakes, generate inaccurate information, or misunderstand your situation. The information Nora provides should not be relied upon as legal advice. Always consult with a licensed attorney before making any legal decisions. White Pine Labs LLC is not liable for any errors, omissions, hallucinations, or inaccuracies in Nora's responses.

Connection With Attorneys

If your situation appears suitable for legal review, Nora may offer to connect you with a licensed attorney in our network. These attorneys operate independently. We do not employ attorneys and we do not control how they evaluate or handle your potential claim. The decision whether to take your case is made entirely by the attorney.

No Guarantees

Settlement ranges, case evaluations, and any other information provided by Nora are general estimates based on historical data and are not predictions or guarantees of specific outcomes. Every legal situation is different. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, White Pine Labs LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Nora, including but not limited to damages resulting from inaccurate AI-generated information, missed deadlines, lost opportunities, or actions taken or not taken in reliance on Nora's responses.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information to Nora. You agree not to use Nora for any unlawful purpose or to attempt to manipulate, hack, or interfere with the service. You are responsible for any consequences of providing false information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
