By providing your phone number to Nora, you consent to receive automated text messages from Nora regarding your potential personal injury claim and related communications.
What You Can Expect
After you complete the Nora intake process, you may receive:
An immediate confirmation text with information about your potential claim
Follow-up messages confirming attorney contact
Reminders if an attorney has not yet reached out
We send a maximum of 3 messages over a 7-day period following your intake.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies based on your interaction with our service. Nora and White Pine Labs LLC are not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further automated texts.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, and most other major US carriers.
Privacy
Your phone number and message content are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number to third parties. We share it only with licensed attorneys in our network for the purpose of evaluating your potential claim.
Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Continued participation in our SMS program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Consent Language
By providing your phone number through our chat service, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from Nora at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
